Côte d'Ivoire -CODE des Douanes Ivoiriennes.Loi n°64-291 du 1er Août 1964. -DECRET n° 90-663 du 22 août 1990 relatif aux personnes habilitées à déclarer les marchandises en détail, et à lexercice de la profession de commissionnaire en Douane. Art. 18. - Tout commissionnaire en Douane doit conserver, dans létablissement quil possède obligatoirement auprès de chaque bureau pour lequel son agrément est valable, les documents suivants : 1° Les répertoires annuels sur lesquels les opérations de douane quil a effectuées pour autrui sont inscrites conformément aux conditions fixées par la réglementation en vigueur en la matière ; 2° Les documents relatifs à chaque opération de dédouanement, et notamment: a) Lordre de dédouanement; b) La copie de la déclaration ; c) Les titres de transport ; d) La liste de colisage ; e) La facture de commissionnaire ; f) Le décompte des frais dassurance ; g) Les pièces concernant les débours annexes ; h) Le bon de livraison ; i) Toutes les correspondances relatives à lopération. Ces répertoires et documents devront être conservés pendant trois ans à compter de la date denregistrement des déclarations correspondantes. WHO African Region
