Ecuador El Ecuador reconoció a las personas el derecho a la protección de datos personales en el artículo 66 numeral 19 de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, en el año 2008. Así mismo, al no contar con normativa especializada que regule este derecho, el mes de septiembre de 2019, se presentó a la Asamblea Nacional el Proyecto de Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales, mismo que se encuentra siendo tratado hasta la actualidad. Dentro del contrato del SIMAR, se establecen sanciones a la divulgación de la información de la producción y ventas, hacia terceros sin autorización. El Servicio Nacional de Aduana del Ecuador, da estricto cumplimiento a lo que establece la Ley del Sistema Nacional de Registro de Datos Públicos y su Reglamento y adicionalmente lo que señala el artículo 225 del Código Orgánico de la Producción, Comercio e Inversones, en su último inciso WHO Region of the Americas

Adequacy decisions are just one of those mechanisms and the European Commission can now adopt adequacy decisions for the law enforcement sector. Serbia The Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Official Gazette RS 87/2018) regulates the right to protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, the principles of processing, the rights of data subjects, the obligations of controllers and personal data processor, code of conduct, transfer of personal data to other countries and international organizations, oversight of the implementation of this law, remedies, liability and penalties in case of violation of the rights of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data, as well as special cases of processing.
