It was forwarded to the Parliament of the FBiH for further parliamentary procedure. This Proposal of Law is partially in conformity with Directive 2014/40/EU, Commission Directive 2014/109/EU and Directive 2003/33/EC as well as the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, ratified by BiH.
