France: bill on ratification of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products introduced to the Parliament
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius has introduced a bill on the ratification of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products to the Assemblée Nationale after its approval by the Government. Along with it, an impact study will be presented to the Members of Parliament describing the current situation and expected outcomes of the new legislation.

Le Ministre des Affaires étrangères français, Laurent Fabius, a présenté une proposition de loi sur la ratification du Protocole pour éliminer le commerce illicite des produits du tabac à l’Assemblée nationale après son approbation par le gouvernement. En outre, une étude d’impact sera présentée aux députés décrivant la situation actuelle et les consequences attendues de la nouvelle législation.
